岗位职责

在公司合规与道德项目的设计方面为雅保的首席合规官提供支持；包括相关的流程控制，系统框架设定，以及用于独立监视程序的执行的情况，并就针对实施该项目的特定区域提供相应的建议。
协助首席合规官向高级管理层和董事会进行定期合规与道德报告，并支持不断提高相应的指标。
支持雅保的内部审计职能，以进行内部和第三方合规与道德审计。
提供有关《雅保行为守则》，相关程序和指导说明的培训，交流和咨询。
在该地区进行合规与道德调查，并支持加强调查程序。
进行合规和道德风险评估。
管理第三方和并购尽职调查以及相关的补救措施。

Regional Ethics & Compliance Manager (China)

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities

Supports Albemarle’s Chief Compliance Officer in relation to the design of the corporation’s compliance and ethics program; associated controls, systems and the framework for independent monitoring of execution of the program. Advises on region-specific requirements for the program.
Contributes to periodic compliance & ethics reporting to senior management and the board, and supports the continuous enhancement of associated metrics.
Supports Albemarle’s Internal Audit function in relation to internal and third party compliance & ethics audits.
Provides training, communications and counselling in relation to Albemarle’s Code of Conduct, associated procedures and guidance notes.
Conducts compliance and ethics investigations in the region, and supports the enhancement of investigation procedures.
Conducts compliance and ethics risk assessments.
Manages third party and M&A due diligence and associated remedial action.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
Minimum 8 years of compliance, legal, audit and/or risk management experience in a multi-national organization with time spent working outside of Asia.
Deep experience in relation to FCPA, UK Bribery Act and global competition laws.
Deep experience with SAP, HR and compliance-related systems (e.g. investigations case management, third party risk management platforms).
Deep experience with the preparation of compliance communications and training.
Experience with the design and implementation of compliance controls, and the forensic monitoring of those controls.
Fluent in Mandarin & English.

Desired Qualifications

Compliance & ethics experience in the mining, petroleum or petrochemical industries.
Licensed lawyer and/or accountant.
Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP and/or CCEP-I).
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
Certified Information Privacy Professional – Asia (CCIP/A).
Experience in relation to data privacy, sanctions and export controls compliance.
